Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
Shipping is within 15 business days or less of purchase depending on the delivery location.
Returns Policy
Easy Returns...
We hope that you are happy with your purchases, however if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your items you can do so as long as they are in original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
Our 'No Quibble Return Guarantee' means we are committed to ensuring you get the best possible fit every time you purchase from us.
vWe will be happy to exchange items or issue a refund. Customers must return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days in the same condition received.
Please provide us with your details when returning a parcel either by including a copy of your invoice or write your details on paper and include this with your return parcel:
- Order number (this can be found on the top of your invoice
- Name
- Address
- Email Address
- Your Requirements - i.e. refund or exchange
Please help us to make improvements to our service by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. wrong color, too big, too small, etc.
Returns period...
Our returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time.
Please contact us via our contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
(Please ensure when sending goods back that a traceable method is used incase of loss as we are unable to process returns unless we have received them)
Refunds...
If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Delivery costs paid for on the order will also be refunded. The cost of returning the goods are at the customers own expense
